My mind goes zoom.....

Its 's been almost a week that I get up in the morning.and wonder what day is it today?
Everyday of this lockdown feels like a Sunday!!  I have too much time and yet how the day passes is perplexing.
Ofcourse, I don't have that sinking feeling of Monday morning s!!! No more Monday blues!!!
Actually I am losing track of time during the lockdown. I feel lost!
It's like  Saturday is Wednesday Wednesday is Friday Saturday is Monday!!! My mind is boggled. Earlier  on regular days I would wake up early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Take a shower go to the gym. Back, shower cook and leave for work. And the day has begun.
Now it's like we have no stress, no binding for time. We  can do work and clean at leisure, cook luxuriously write and read at our own will.  We are binge watching  movies on television and becoming even more addicted to social media.

The only gentle reminders of time are the  the tea time, lunch time and the dinner time and ofcourse the time when we  watch Ramayan andMahabharat. The times are fixed!!! A solace!
It's a human tendency that one  does not want to follow any schedule.
It's fine when we are on vacation.its a kind of a phenomena. Its like we are having a jetlag effect. We are sleeping very late, are awake till the wee hours, getting up late, no fixed schedules. It has accelerated our process of forgetting the days!!!
We have drifted. The weekdays have merged into weekends. We have lost the track of time !! Our physical environment
seems very normal but we have lost almost all physical contact with  the world. It’s a well known fact that time passes very quickly when we are with our friends and very slowly when we are alone.
There are no more Sundays and Mondays and Wednesdays and Thursdays but   only today ,someday and another day.
So what now!!!
We are all  stuck home!! To keep a track of time we need to take charge of it. We should make a schedule and stick to it
Being addicted to social media would bring depression, binge watching movies would make us lazy and too much of sleeping would make us feel disappointed.
Let's all keep in touch with the reality and  find thing creative things to do.Lets discover ourselves, let's appreciate all the the God made things that we took for granted till now. Lets realize nothing is permanent. Even these dark times would pass!! Let's hope for the best!! Live in the real world, appreciate our respective families and friends!! Feel blessed!!! We have homes to stay back!!
We  must stay within the Periphery of our houses and pray to God that soon the lockdown would be over and life would become normal once again.
I am sure once this is all over, there would be no more Monday blues!!! And my  mind will not go zoom!!
